In Validoo Digital assets, you can store and share your marketing and planogram images. The image is linked to the product and trade item information using the product’s GTIN. Once the image has passed quality assurance, it is published and made available to recipients.

Validoo Planogram helps suppliers and retailers to streamline store space by carefully planning the digital store shelf created in Space Management software. The service gives suppliers access to all suppliers’ planogram images and product information linked to Digital assets in Validoo.

Accurate product information ensures the high quality of your product data and streamlines the business process for images, sales, warehousing and logistics. For consumers, it means that the information about a product online matches the information on the actual product they buy. Among other things, the check includes:

• dimensions and weight
• labeling, (e.g. KRAV, FSC, Vegan)
• storage temperature
• ingredients lists and nutrient values

Once your image is quality assured, it is approved for use on e-commerce sites, flyers, shop signs or as a planogram image. Among other things, it is checked that:

If you are a system developer offering system solutions to companies, you can integrate your system with Validoo. First, you need to adapt your system to GS1 standards and have it verified by GS1 Sweden.

As a verified system developer you have the opportunity to:

• help your customers bring their products to market faster and more efficiently.
• participate in GS1 Sweden’s user group meetings, where decisions on standard updates and implementations in the Swedish market are made.
• provide information on our list of verified system providers, where you can present your system with a short marketing text (maximum 450 characters).
