Search our Verified By GS1 service to confirm that a GTIN belongs to the product you think it does. This is particularly important if you have an e-commerce platform or any other service where you need to ensure that information about a product can be trusted. You can also search by GLN, which is an identifier for a location or party. If there is no information on a GTIN or GLN, you can see if it is a valid GS1 number and, if so, which company it belongs to.

Receive complete trade item information from our GDSN data pool Validoo. Get quick access to specific information, such as updates within a certain time frame or information about a particular brand, but don’t want to use a traditional push feed. The amount of information you can retrieve depends on which Validoo contract you have.

Get detailed information on a product’s quality assurance status. You can get information on both the overall status of a product and the status of an individual quality assurance rule. You can search within a time frame, for example products that have changed status in the last week, or the status of specific GTINs. This way, you can stay up to date when the status of a quality assurance changes.

For you that has the DataEntry agreement and want to create xml files (CIN files) from your business system, according to GS1 Sweden’s xml schema. This API allows you to publish and validate trade item information on multiple items simultaneously without having to use the interface.

For you that wants to decide yourself how to receive trade item information and images from Validoo. You can choose to subscribe to a specific trade item, to a specific supplier’s trade item information and images, or to trade item information from a specific product category.

Generate GTIN-13, GTIN-14, GLN, SSCC and GSIN, including the check digit.

When generating GTINs and GLNs, you can choose to allocate the numbers. This gives you an overview of which numbers you have generated as they are saved as drafts in My products (GTIN) or My places (GLN). You can then activate and share them to the Global Registry Platform (GRP) and make them searchable in Verified by GS1.
