Adjusted lead times for photography and quality assurance services during the summer
- Product Photography Express – closed from 6 July to 31 July
- Product Photography – between 6 July and 31 July, lead times may be approximately 2 working days longer than usual
- CGI images – closed for orders from 8 July to 31 July
- Barcode Check – closed from 13 July to 14 August
Sending fresh goods for photography (weeks 28–30)
If you plan to send fresh goods for photography during weeks 28–30, you need to contact Customer Service in advance and receive confirmation. This ensures that we can receive and photograph the products before they are affected in colour or shape, as the studio has limited staffing.
