What are the terms for Quality Assurance Express?

Need your results faster? Add Quality Assurance Express when placing your order. With this optional service, your case is prioritized and the results are delivered within 24 hours from the time we have received both your booking and the product samples or documentation required for the quality assurance process.

Please note that the turnaround time begins only once the product sample has been received and registered by us, and you have received a confirmation that the material has been received. If the sample arrives after 2:00 PM, or during periods of high volume, registration may be postponed until the next business day.

If your product receives the status “Action Required”, you may need to submit a new booking and provide updated documentation or a new product sample. In such cases, you can choose to have the case handled as Quality Assurance Express again (subject to a new express fee) or according to the standard turnaround time.

An additional express fee applies to Quality Assurance Express, on top of the standard quality assurance fee. This fee covers the prioritized handling required to provide a shortened turnaround time. See the current price list by clicking here

You can order Quality Assurance Express by selecting the Express option when logged into Validoo and booking Quality Assurance for Product Information, Dimensions, or Barcodes.

Bookings and product samples received during evenings, nights, weekends, or other non-business hours will be registered on the next business day. This also applies to Express orders.
