How to Order Quality Assurance of Product Information and Barcodes

Quality assurance of product information, dimensions, and barcodes is a verification process in which the registered product information is compared with a physical product sample, a prototype, or approved artwork.

During the quality assurance process, we verify that the information provided is accurate, complete, and compliant with the GS1 Trade item Information Standard. The review includes validation of product information, dimensional data, and barcode quality, as well as confirmation that the information corresponds to the submitted reference material.

The standard turnaround time is five business days from the date we receive the product sample. For orders placed with the Express service, the quality assurance process is completed within 24 hours of receiving the product.

How it works

  1. You need an agreement for the Validoo Supplier service.
  2. Order quality assurance in Validoo.
  3. Send your product sample to the address on the delivery note within five work days.
  4. We will ensure that 70 attributes in the trade item information for the product sample you have sent us comply with the quality assurance rules, based on the GS1 standard for trade item information.
