If you deliver products to the building materials trade, it is a requirement that there is a unique GTIN on all package sizes that you communicate and sell to your customers.
This is needed, among other things, because the trade item information is different for each package size and in this way, we get the right information when searching in, for example, databases.
In order to streamline the entire flow of information and goods throughout the circular chain (including your own flow), all managed packaging levels and sizes need to have their own GTIN. The sooner this exists, the faster we together can start reaping all possible efficiency gains.
