Why have I received an invoice for an annual fee for Validoo DataEntry?
Validoo DataEntry is our GS1-verified online system wher suppliers enter and share trade item information to retailers, wholesalers and other recipients. The annual fee is based on the number of published items as of 31 December.
Fees for publishing new items are invoiced the month after publication. The invoice amount will then be for the remaining months for the year. For example, a six month fee is invoiced for articles published in July.
