How can different actors access the product pass later in the chain when the packaging is no longer available? The 2D code is only on the packaging, right?

According to the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation, ESPR, the idea is that identifiers should be placed directly on the product with a technology that makes it remain and be legible throughout the product’s lifetime.
