The EU has not communicated a timetable for the various product categories that will be regulated within the framework of the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation, ESPR. For certain products, e.g. building materials, which may include paint, there are currently other regulations with counter-responsible requirements for the reporting of certain sustainability information.
