If you receive an invoice, you have one or more annual subscriptions to GS1 Company Prefix. This is the company prefix that you use when, for example, you mark your products with barcodes or identify your company with a GLN (Global Location Number).
Using the company prefix, you create the number that appears below the barcode or The EAN code as it is also called. The GS1 Company Prefix fee is based on your company’s last assessed annual turnover. More about our fees.
