The product image must be a marketing image or planogram image, photographed either by your own photographer or by the GS1 Sweden Photo Studio.
Log in to Validoo and order quality assurance by uploading the image.
An automatic validation is performed during the upload process. If the image does not meet the technical requirements, you will be notified immediately and can correct any issues before uploading a new version.
Following the automatic validation, a manual quality assurance review is carried out by our specialists. The review covers image quality, metadata, and verification that the image object corresponds to the registered product information. More than 30 quality rules are assessed during this process.
Approved images are published in Validoo and made available for sharing with your recipients.
