Removal of two attributes in GDSN release 3.1.31

A global work request has been made to move two attributes related to animal feed to a different class. If approved, this change will be implemented in February or May 2026.

Since these attributes are not mandatory and the class change will require migration, we have decided to postpone their implementation in Sweden until the change has been made.

The attributes in question are animalTargetSizeCode and feedLifestageCode, which are proposed to be moved up one class to AnimalFeedingModule as the attributes are more aligned with product categorization and are not related to the feeding table.
