GDSN standard updated to version 3.1.12

On 9 May, the update of the GDSNproduct data network was carried out. The latest version is called 3.1.12.

The 3.1.12 version update provides updates to the Swedish implementation of GS1 trade item information, including new terms and new validation rules.

We would also like to inform you of some minor corrections to global validation rules that have been made:

• Rules 1678 & 1679: Incorrectly removed from the rule document, now restored
• Rule 1685: The attribute animalFeedingDescriptionOnANutrient was missing among xpaths, now added
• Rule 1663: Updated error message
• Rule 1702: Incorrect xpath updated
