The service includes both expert knowledge regarding technical integration and practical assistance with implementation.
2. Target audience and users
The service is designed for suppliers and recipients who wish to integrate with GS1 Sweden’s service offering and require more comprehensive support.
The service is also suitable for companies that require security audits, report extraction, data mapping, or master data mapping to GS1 standards.
3. Service content
The service includes:
- Consultation on technical integration and use of GS1 Sweden’s data sharing services.
- Technical support in implementing integrations via API and/or PUSH connections.
- Support for report extraction, data mapping and master data mapping to GS1 standards.
- Safety audit.
4. Service offering
The service is offered at three levels:
- Technical support – hour: Charged by the hour for individual queries and smaller assignments.
- Technical support – package: Package price for up to 10 hours of consultation.
- Technical support – quote: For larger projects or requirements – priced according to quotation.
5 Prerequisites for using the service
- Assignment agreement or contract for consultation.
- Permissions and access to any test or production environments as agreed.
- In case of integration assignments with Validoo and GDSN: the relevant GLN and the applicable contract for the services concerned.
6. Support
Support, advice and communication take place via designated contact persons at your organisation and GS1 Sweden. The scope is specified in each assignment agreement.
