GS1 Nordic Summit
GS1 Nordic Summit is a Nordic conference organised by the Nordic GS1 organisations. Its purpose is to bring together companies, public sector organisations and technology providers to discuss shared challenges and opportunities related to data, standardisation and digital development. The conference is aimed at organisations that work across industry and national borders and want to strengthen the exchange of information in their value chains.
GS1 Nordic Summit took place for the first time in May 2026 in Oslo and brought together participants from sectors including grocery retail, consumer durables, construction and technology.
The programme addressed issues that affect companies across the Nordic region, including data quality, the digitalisation of information flows, traceability and upcoming regulations. Through presentations, panel discussions and practical examples, the conference highlighted how standardised information can create better conditions for collaboration between different actors and more efficient supply chain processes.
An important part of the conference’s success was the sponsors, who contributed both expertise and innovation. Through their solutions, experience and perspectives, they showed how digitalisation, interoperable data and common standards can help companies meet increasing demands for traceability, regulatory compliance, efficiency and sustainability.
In September 2027, GS1 Nordic Summit will take place again, this time in Helsinki.I september 2027 äger GS1 Nordic Summit rum igen, denna gång i Helsingfors.
