{"id":15902,"date":"2026-08-24T12:00:59","date_gmt":"2026-08-24T10:00:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gs1.se\/support\/get-started-with-quality-assurance-for-product-images\/"},"modified":"2026-08-24T12:00:59","modified_gmt":"2026-08-24T10:00:59","slug":"get-started-with-quality-assurance-for-product-images","status":"publish","type":"support","link":"https:\/\/gs1.se\/en\/support\/get-started-with-quality-assurance-for-product-images\/","title":{"rendered":"Get started with quality assurance for product images"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><strong>How to upload a product image for quality assurance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To use this service, you must have a valid <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gs1.se\/en\/standards-and-services\/validoo-supplier-2\/\" target=\"_blank\">Validoo Supplier agreement.<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The product image must be a marketing image or planogram image, photographed either by your own photographer or by the <strong>GS1 Sweden Photo Studio<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Log in to Validoo and order quality assurance by uploading the image.<\/li>\n<li>An automatic validation is performed during the upload process. If the image does not meet the technical requirements, you will be notified immediately and can correct any issues before uploading a new version.<\/li>\n<li>Following the automatic validation, a manual quality assurance review is carried out by our specialists. The review covers image quality, metadata, and verification that the image object corresponds to the registered product information.
