Add <strong>Quality Assurance Express<\/strong> when placing your order. With this optional service, your case is prioritized and the results are delivered within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> from the time we have received both your booking and the product samples or documentation required for the quality assurance process.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that the turnaround time begins only once the product sample has been received and registered by us, and you have received a confirmation that the material has been received. If the sample arrives after <strong>2:00 PM<\/strong>, or during periods of high volume, registration may be postponed until the next business day.<\/p>\n<p>If your product receives the status <strong>\u201cAction Required\u201d<\/strong>, you may need to submit a new booking and provide updated documentation or a new product sample. In such cases, you can choose to have the case handled as <strong>Quality Assurance Express<\/strong> again (subject to a new express fee) or according to the standard turnaround time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Price<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>An additional express fee applies to <strong>Quality Assurance Express<\/strong>, on top of the standard quality assurance fee. This fee covers the prioritized handling required to provide a shortened turnaround time. See the current price list by clicking <a href=\"https:\/\/gs1.se\/en\/faq\/price-lists\/#:~:text=Planogram%20%E2%80%93%20for%20suppliers-,Quality%20assurance%20trade%20item%20information,-Quality%20assurance%20trade\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ordering<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>You can order <strong>Quality Assurance Express<\/strong> by selecting the <strong>Express<\/strong> option when logged into Validoo and booking Quality Assurance for <strong>Product Information<\/strong>, <strong>Dimensions<\/strong>, or <strong>Barcodes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bookings and product samples received during evenings, nights, weekends, or other non-business hours will be registered on the next business day.
