To ensure that your recipients have access to accurate and quality-assured product information, the quality assurance process should be completed early in the product launch cycle. For many buyers, quality assurance forms an important part of the evaluation process when deciding whether a product should be included in their assortment.<\/p>\n

As a general recommendation, quality-assured product information should be available no later than six weeks before the planned launch date. However, requirements may vary depending on the recipient and product category. If you are unsure of the applicable timelines, we recommend contacting your buyer directly.<\/p>\n

Please note that the quality assurance process may involve corrections and additional updates, which can affect the overall turnaround time. To ensure that your product information is ready in time, we therefore recommend booking quality assurance as soon as the product information has been finalized.<\/p>\n

Validoo operates a queue-based system in which quality assurance requests are processed in the order they are received.<\/p>\n

When a product sample is uploaded digitally to Validoo or received physically by us, an initial review is carried out to confirm that the material is suitable for quality assurance. If the sample is damaged, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for review, you will be notified accordingly.<\/p>\n
