Two methods may be used:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A. By using the Component class<\/strong><\/p>\n

If a composite trade item contains components that do not have individual GTINs and the nutrient declaration for each component is clearly presented on the package, the nutrient declaration for each component should be registered individually.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

B. Without using the Component class<\/strong><\/p>\n

If a composite trade item contains several sub-items that do not have individual GTINs, the nutrient declaration should be registered for all items together by calculating the total amount of each nutrient the trade item contains.<\/p>\n
