Service overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Technical support and consultation is a service from GS1 Sweden for companies and organisations that require extended guidance and technical support when integrating with GS1 Sweden&#8217;s data sharing services. The service includes both expert knowledge regarding technical integration and practical assistance with implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-target-audience-and-users\">2. Target audience and users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The service is designed for suppliers and recipients who wish to integrate with GS1 Sweden&#8217;s service offering and require more comprehensive support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The service is also suitable for companies that require security audits, report extraction, data mapping, or master data mapping to GS1 standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-service-content\">3. Service content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The service includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consultation on technical integration and use of GS1 Sweden&#8217;s data sharing services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical support in implementing integrations via API and\/or PUSH connections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support for report extraction, data mapping and master data mapping to GS1 standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety audit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-service-offering\">4. Service offering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The service is offered at three levels:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technical support &#8211; hour:<strong> <\/strong>Charged by the hour for individual queries and smaller assignments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical support &#8211; package: Package price for up to 10 hours of consultation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical support &#8211; quote:<strong> <\/strong>For larger projects or requirements &#8211; priced according to quotation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-prerequisites-for-using-the-service\">5 Prerequisites for using the service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assignment agreement or contract for consultation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permissions and access to any test or production environments as agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of integration assignments with Validoo and GDSN: the relevant GLN and the applicable contract for the services concerned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-support\">6. Support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Support, advice and communication take place via designated contact persons at your organisation and GS1 Sweden.
