{"id":6309,"date":"2020-07-18T06:07:01","date_gmt":"2020-07-18T06:07:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gs1.se\/about-us\/user-groups\/trade-flow-esap-20\/"},"modified":"2025-01-29T14:45:38","modified_gmt":"2025-01-29T13:45:38","slug":"trade-flow-esap-20","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/gs1.se\/en\/about-us\/user-groups\/trade-flow-esap-20\/","title":{"rendered":"User group for the ESAP 20 delivery flow"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Supply Chain User Group &#8211; which includes supply chain, returns management, forecast management and contract regulation &#8211; develops and describes the processes and information exchanged by business partners in electronic communication.<br><br>Meeting times are 14.15-15.30 unless otherwise stated in the invitation.<\/p>\n\n\n<section class=\"p-3 mb-5 mt-4 gs1-background-color-ui-1\">\n  \n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-requirements-for-participation-in-a-gs1-sweden-user-group\">Requirements for participation in a GS1 Sweden user group:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The participant must have a mandate from the company they represent to represent the company in the user group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants should be familiar with their own company&#8217;s processes and business systems and have knowledge of the company&#8217;s product and information flows. The participant should also have a position in the company that enables implementation of the recommendations made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The participant should be able to dedicate working time to the work of the user group, such as attendance at meetings and time to provide internal feedback.
