Service overview <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>BarcodeCheck is GS1 Sweden&#8217;s service for checking that your barcodes and pallet labels comply with GS1 standards, and are readable according to international specifications (ISO\/IEC 15416 and GS1 General Specifications).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-target-audience-and-users\">2. Target audience and users <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The service is aimed at manufacturers and suppliers who want to verify that a barcode works at all stages, as well as logistics and distribution companies that need to ensure correct labeling for efficient flow of goods.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-service-content\">3. Service content <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>BarcodeCheck includes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Checking the legibility, content and quality of the barcode.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verification against GS1 standards and ISO\/IEC 15416 (linear symbols) and ISO\/IEC 15415 (2D symbols).  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance report describing any errors, probable causes and proposed actions.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barcodes for products, outer packaging and packages can be checked.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-usage\">4. Usage <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You order BarcodeCheck in <a href=\"https:\/\/my.gs1.se\/\">MyGS1<\/a>. Fill in the order form and send it together with barcodes and pallet labels to GS1 Sweden at the address provided. You will receive a report with results and recommendations within ten days.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-prerequisites-for-using-the-service\">5 Prerequisites for using the service <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/gs1.se\/en\/standards-and-services\/gs1-company-prefix\/\" type=\"product\" id=\"3596\">GS1 Company Prefix<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment of BarcodeCheck fees according to the current price list.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-support\">6.
