First, you need to adapt the system to GS1 standards and then get it verified by GS1 Sweden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the system to be verified, it needs to be developed according to GS1 specifications and standards. All specifications are available on gs1.se under <a href=\"https:\/\/gs1.se\/en\/guides\/documentation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">documentation<\/a>. You also need to follow the <a href=\"https:\/\/gs1.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/09\/operations-manual-3.1_b1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Validoo Operations Manual<\/a> which describes how to interact with Validoo when setting up system-to-system communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-technical-documentation\">Technical documentation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the instructions and technical specifications for <a href=\"https:\/\/gs1.se\/en\/guides\/documentation\/#855b2550e51ea63d887f110fb7107174\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Trade Item Information.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ongoing-adjustments\">Ongoing adjustments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Business requirements are added to GS1 global standards and maintenance releases are usually done annually. At each maintenance release, you are expected to adapt your system in order to send product information correctly. Here is a description of how to proceed with integrating your system with Validoo in four steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-get-started\">1. Get started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to integrate your system with Validoo, you will need to sign a <a href=\"https:\/\/validoo.se\/en\/service-description-validoo-supplier\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Validoo Supplier Agreement<\/a> and a <a href=\"https:\/\/gs1.se\/en\/faq\/plans-and-pricing\/#heading-58e1bcaedc9e527745ebfbbb293217f2\">Supplementary Agreement for system verification<\/a>. You will also need a <a href=\"https:\/\/gs1.se\/en\/standards-and-services\/global-location-number-gln\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GLN (Global Location Number)<\/a>. Set up a communication<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In order for a system to send digital information, it must be identified with a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gs1.se\/sv\/vara-standarder\/identifiera\/GS1-lokaliseringsnummer-GLN\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GLN (Global Location Number)<\/a>. A GLN number is your company&#8217;s electronic identity. You must designate different GLNs in the test and in the production environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-no-gln-yet\">No GLN yet?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The GLN is created with a GS1 Company prefix, a serial number and a check digit. You can order a company prefix here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a class=\"arrow-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gs1.se\/en\/guides\/join-gs1-sweden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Order GS1 Company Prefix <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have chosen the AS2 communication protocol as the approved protocol. AS2 is an http-based protocol. It supports encryption and signing to ensure that no information is lost and that there is clear traceability in all transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read more about <a href=\"https:\/\/gs1.se\/en\/guides\/documentation\/#data-communications\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the AS2 communication protocol<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-report-adapt-test-and-verify\">3. Report, adapt, test and verify<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-register-and-adapt-your-system\">Register and adapt your system<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When submitting files to the test environment you need to register your system to GS1 Sweden in order for it to be listed in Validoo as a sending system. We will help you with this when you report that you want to develop your own system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-test-your-system\">Test your system<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the system is developed and secure communication is set up, you can test sending product information to our test recipient GS1 Sweden Test Recipient with GLN 7300020000107. You will automatically receive a validation report on whether the product information was correct or what the errors are. To achieve a high level of usability, we recommend that you remove the possibility for users to make these errors. Follow the instructions and technical specifications for Trade Item Information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-verify-your-system\">Verify your system<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When you consider the system fully developed and you have tested internally and corrected any errors, it is time to verify the system in our external test environment so that it can be approved as a sending system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit files for verification (see verification cases below) to the recipient GS1 Sweden Verification Recipient with GLN 7300020000107. Validoo decides which verification cases to carry out, in dialogue with you. When the verification case for your system is complete, and you have received approved validation reports, you should notify your contact person who will then review the files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here are our verification cases:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Colonial &#8211; e.g. a packet of cereals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3-level product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ingredients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allergens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutritional content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2. 6-packs of which two are consumer items &#8211; e.g. canned soft drinks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ingredients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allergens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutritional content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deposit returns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 levels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Frozen &#8211; (e.g. frozen peas)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ingredients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allergens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutritional content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temperatures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recycling fee not paid (see guideline)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>End-of-life management (see guideline)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brand owner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manufacturer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4. &#8220;Dangerous&#8221; products &#8211; e.g. lighter fluid (see instructions)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dangerous goods (ADR)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chemical &#8211; safety regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CLP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety data sheet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Fresh food &#8211; e.g. minced meat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Variable weight code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SRS-crate (deposit)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ingredients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allergens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutritional content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Display unit &#8211; e.g. chips, different types (see guideline)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage mix\/display<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verification of understanding the entirety<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling of pallet information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Withdrawal of trade item hierarchy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit a message to permanently withdraw a previously submitted trade item hierarchy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a message to withdraw a submitted trade item hierarchy with the aim of updating the trade item hierarchy accordingly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Additional attributes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At the request of GS1 Sweden, add additional and non-predefined fields from the Swedish subset in the user interface and submit to the data pool without error message in the schema. Talk to your contact person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Validation error<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receive, manage and display predefined error messages linked to validation rules. These are sent from the data pool (GS1 Sweden) to the user (system owner). Talk to your contact person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-start-sending-data\">4.
