This means that you have easy access to all of our services when signing in with a Microsoft account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-does-gs1-sweden-use-microsoft-for-signing-in\">Why does GS1 Sweden use Microsoft for signing in?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We want to make it easier for those of you who use more than one of our services by only using one login. Active Directory is already used to sign in to Validoo and now the same login also can be used on MyGS1 and Directory. Click on the button<\/strong> in the email you received from Microsoft. Accept<\/strong> that your Microsoft user account will be linked to GS1 Sweden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are sign in and can start using the services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-if-you-don-t-have-a-microsoft-account\">If you don&#8217;t have a Microsoft account<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In many cases, you can use your existing email address for your Microsoft account. Here&#8217;s how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.) Verify that you are a real person<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/validoo.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/robot.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.) Accept that your<\/strong> account is linked with Microsoft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are sign in and can start using the services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-if-the-registration-does-not-work\">If the registration does not work<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can&#8217;t use your email address for a Microsoft account, it may be due to one of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>You have a group account<\/strong> (eg support@company.com). Try creating a login with your own email account (e.g. firstname.lastname@company.com)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You have an account with an alias<\/strong> &#8211; that is, your email account has an internal name (e.g. ph0017@company.com) and a different public name (e.g. firstname.lastname@company.com).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Your email account is not associated with Active Directory or any other directory service with user profiles<\/strong> &#8211; contact your IT administrator for set up or create a Microsoft <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=&amp;cad=rja&amp;uact=8&amp;ved=2ahUKEwiw_5eJ8cPtAhVjmIsKHb2_BrkQFjAAegQIARAD&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Faccount.microsoft.com%2Faccount&amp;usg=AOvVaw0jFlin5Ts7HkGZcGbEtZ2Y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">account<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;ve created a new account without receiving an email from Microsoft, you&#8217;ll need to contact the GS1 or Validoo administrator at your company in order to be added as a user and receive an invitation that is associated with the new account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-you-haven-t-received-an-activation-link-email-from-microsoft\">You haven&#8217;t received an activation link email from Microsoft<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>First, check to see if the message is in the spam filter. If the email is not there, you can go to <a href=\"https:\/\/my.gs1.se\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MyGS1<\/a> and try to sign in. If it works, it&#8217;s all done. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you receive an error message instead, first <a href=\"https:\/\/signup.live.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">make sure that your email is associated with a Microsoft account<\/a>. If you still can&#8217;t sign in, contact your GS1 or Validoo administrator at your company to make sure that the email you&#8217;re trying to sign in with is posted as a user.
